Ikeja Local Government Clerk Abducted

Ikeja Local Government clerk, Omotayo Samson was abducted at Imota, Ikorodu, on his way to work, spokesman for the local council secretariat, Bello Onilegbale reported.
According to the spokesman, Omotayo’s kidnappers have contacted the council’s Head of Administration, Mrs. Mosunmola Otaiku-Okoka.

 The kidnappers reportedly demanded N20 million for ransom

Confirming the incident, the spokesman of Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA), Afolabi Olawale stated that efforts to rescue Omotayo are ongoing.
